Love it here!!! My room is always so clean! Nem Kumar is always so good to me! Definitely stay here! Calm hotel, breakfast is delicious and the staff is very kind! I will always stay here as long as they have room for me. I’ve been here several times and never disappointed!

We were very lucky to be upgraded from the Towers to the Palace and would like to thank the management for the gesture. We felt spoilt and special from when we entered the building until we left. The attention to detail, cleanness, helpfulness of staff, beautiful room and spread at breakfast all contributed to our wonderful stay! We could not have asked for more. Thank you again. Nem kumar and team is very good service

Visited with my family and stayed for couple of nights .. hotel rooms are nice .. on request they shifted us to higher floor with pool view.. MISS SHIVANGI and Miss Parul were very polite and helpful.. even the food esp gobhi parantha and dal was simply awesome.. another part which i liked most and we often miss in other hotels is FREE MENU For Babies which was present here and they offered my little son free khichdi and two tawa parantha .. Another extraordinary thing which i liked was there were so many staff members who were deaf and dumb… and hotel has given them jobs as a great gesture .. and these staff members were very polite n nice.. god bless them..

Pullman is a paradise. Excellent staff…outstanding standards of cleanliness and amazing food. Not a budget hotel but once you come here you will surely feel the difference. The spa and saloon have an array of therapies and treatments which is again world class. Highly profession and greeting staff. I would like to thank the floor executive Mr Nem Kumar for making this a memorable experience. Overall ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent service by Vansh & Pawan. The hospitality is outstanding and the chef Mr.vishal went the extra mile and got parantha made for my 2 year old. Food 5/5 Ambience 5/5 Variety 5/5 Service 5/5 **Breakfast buffet Overall kudos team Pullman for the excellent customer experience.
